I'm setting up a challenge to anyone whom is interested. To set a HEALTHY weight loss goal, this will be different from you're overall goal. I will post a challenge update every week for you and myself. This will be a safe place to tell each other your successes, and what you fell short on, and how far you are from your short term goal.
If your uncomfortable putting it on the table feel free to follow along silently. This short term goal challenge will start this week and will officially end October 20th 2012. If you meet your goal be sure to reward yourself! Get a manicure, buy a few new shirts(you'll have earned them and you'll need them too)! Maybe get facial. Your reward should be something you don't do often! Remember, just because you're a stay at home Mom doesn't mean you don't and shouldn't have some time to yourself, use your exercise time to get away and enjoy yourself, and relax without having to be extra vigilant as to what your little one is up to!
